Pokébowl with Maxicado

Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 1 package VA Foods Maxicado (2 pieces)
- 250 grams Poké bowl rice
- half cucumber
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 3 stalks spring onion
- 150 grams Edamame beans
- 1 mango
- 150 grams red cabbage
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Fried onions VA Foods
- Sriracha mayo

How to make it?
- Cook the poké bowl rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Also cook the Edamame beans according to the packaging. In the meantime, turn on the deep fryer if you are going to prepare the Maxicado in the deep fryer.
- Peel the carrots and grate them. Cut slices of cucumber lengthwise with a cheese slicer (or a peeler). Then roll them up and put them aside.
- Cut the mango into cubes of abozut 1 centimeter. Also cut the red cabbage into thin strips and the spring onion into small rings.
- Prepare the Maxicado according to the packaging in the deep fryer. You can also prepare them in a frying pan. Fry them until they get some color.
- Let the Maxicado cool down on a paper towel. Then cut the Maxicado into strips.
- Drain the rice and let it drain well. Then pour a dash of rice vinegar through it and mix everything well.
- Then take the bowls and fill them with all the ingredients sorted by ingredient. Top with fried onions and spring onion.
